Baked Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs

Easy breezy!



Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 or 1 cup chopped white onion

2 tbsp chopped shallots

1/2 cup chopped green peppers

1 tsp star seed seasoning spice blend

1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme

1-2 tbsp olive oil

1 egg

1/4 cup bread crumbs (I used 1/4 - but generally 1 cup recommended)


Heat in 400* degrees for 25-30min

Sauté teriyaki sauce (I used Trader Joe’s around 1/2cup but it’s depends on taste preference) and drop in meatballs. Just let the sauce stick to meatballs after it thickens for a minute or 2.

30min cooking time
