Ingredients:


  • 2 cups oats (serves 2)

  • 2 cups of milk (covering the oats) (the more liquid you add the more liquid based it will be be)

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup berries

  • 1/4 cup chopped melon

  • 1 tbsp honey and/or almond butter

  • chia seeds

  • cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of protein powder


Directions:


  1. Add oats and milk into pot, add cinnamon, and bring to boil

  2. Serve in bowls and add protein powder scoop

  3. Serve and add toppings
