2 cups oats (serves 2)
2 cups of milk (covering the oats) (the more liquid you add the more liquid based it will be be)
1 banana
1/4 cup berries
1/4 cup chopped melon
1 tbsp honey and/or almond butter
chia seeds
cinnamon
1 scoop of protein powder
Directions:
Add oats and milk into pot, add cinnamon, and bring to boil
Serve in bowls and add protein powder scoop
Serve and add toppings
