This is a simple easy smoothie with tons of nutritional value. I recently have been buying frozen kale or spinach to incorporate in smoothies and dishes. It is a big-time saver and an easy way to sneak in veggies for any meal. I have also been loving dates recently, they go perfectly with any dish if you want to add some sweetness too. And they have been a great sugar replacement for my sweet cravings while dealing with Gerd issues. The bonus part with dates is that they help with many things, but for me personally, they help with bowel movements.
