Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Fluffy scrambled eggs are the staple here! Simple easy and nutritious!



Recipe


Serves: 1


Ingredients:


  • Butter (vegan)

  • 2 eggs

  • Sourdough bread

  • 1/2 avocado smashed

  • Pair with fruit (papaya)


Directions


  1. Whisk the 2 eggs in a bowl add salt

  2. Add to heated pan (non stick perferably). Add butter (1 tsp) to pan

  3. Consistently scramble, change the heat to high and low as it gets cooked. Try not to burn or over cook

  4. Once done remove from heat

  5. Add to your avo toast and add herbs as toppings (optional)
