Turmeric Quick Oats

Love having oats in the morning for so many benefits. I get enough fiber and feels great for my system. I try adding protein through nut butter. Although I wish I could have this everyday I try to be versatile in my week or make when I want it. It's so easy to make and saves me so much time.

Serves: 1


Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup of oats

  2. 1/2 cup of almond milk (make sure milk covers oats)(the more liquid the more porridge texture)

  3. Pinch of turmeric

  4. Pinch of cinnamon

  5. Toppings of choice
