Recipe
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
1 whole brown potatoe shredded
1/2 zucchini shredded
1 tbsp shredded onion
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Directions
Shred the vegetables
Take out excess water
Mix with egg
Season
Make small-medium sized Pattie's (the thinner the pattie the more crispy)
Let it crisp as desired on pan (approx 10min on each side... eyeball).
